The employee's written and/or verbal data that may affect the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the contract to be established/established with THE NOOR, personal and special data (identity, TR Identity Number, communication, financial data, union, ex-convict status/criminal record, disability status, religion, health data, health report, education, certificate, student certificate, diploma, CV, visual and audio data, photograph of the real person, camera recording, sound recording, education and skills, information on which date and which education he/she received, e-mail, signed education participation form, family and relatives information, shoe size, clothing size, height, weight, status of being a relative of a martyr, data on security measures, etc.) can be obtained, recorded, stored, changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified and kept by THE NOOR for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed or for the period stipulated in the relevant law. Therefore, our company may process and share your personal data with persons, institutions and organizations authorized by our laws, those permitted to process information within the scope of legal legislation and our company's obligations arising from the legislation it is subject to, and with other relevant persons and organizations in the manner specified in Law No. 6698.

What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?

 
As per Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, as a personal data owner, you may apply to the Company for the following matters: 
•   Learning whether your personal data has been processed, 
•   Requesting information regarding your personal data if it has been processed, 
•   Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, 
•   Learning the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, 
•   Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the transaction made within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 
•   Eliminating the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data in case of removal, they will be deleted,To request the destruction or anonymization of your personal data and to request that the process carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 
•   To object to the emergence of a result against the data owner by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems, 
•    To request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

YOUR SPECIAL PERSONAL DATA 

The information you share with us from time to time may include your special personal data. Within the scope of the PDP Law, your race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and attire, memberships to associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, if any, and data regarding security measures regarding you, as well as your biometric and genetic data are your special data. 
We recommend that you do not share your special personal data unless we specifically request or need it from you. In this context, we process your special personal data such as photograph and blood type that may be included in the photocopies of your identity cards that we receive from you. 
By approving this document, you hereby expressly consent to the auditing of your personal data, which you have provided to our company within the scope of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, by the company and/or secret customers in various researches in order to provide information about our services, to protect and improve the service standards of our company, to the recording of audio, video, photo etc. during the audit, to the transfer of your personal data to third parties located at home and abroad, to be determined by THE NOOR, to be stored, backed up and processed for the purposes for which explicit consent is given, in order to keep your personal data in a digital environment. Your personal data will be processed within the periods stipulated in our Policy in accordance with the legal regulations. 
The employee, in accordance with Articles 7, 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, and 11. Within the scope of the articles, THE NOOR accepts that it has been informed through various means that it has the right to learn whether its personal data has been processed, to request information about it if processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been processed in accordance with this purpose, to learn the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically, to request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of personal data to third parties regarding the correction, deletion or destruction processes made, to object to the result that is against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and to request compensation for such damage if it has suffered damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES 

As a result of sharing your personal data, which we have specified in the Information Text, and documents containing your ID card photocopies; 
    We transfer it to our business partners, to THE NOOR group hotels in Turkey and abroad, in order to ensure the legal and commercial security of the persons in business relations and to ensure the economic and administrative management of the hotels. 
    In case of a request, your data can be transferred to the courts within the scope of our legal obligations and to public institutions and organizations if requested within the framework of lawful requests and decisions. 
    In case of a dispute, your personal data can be shared with our lawyers in order to exercise our right of defense.
